At IMAX Corporation, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
